Bean Design got their start back in 1997. While finishing up a degree in fine arts at Appalachian State University, owner, Brian Bean purchased his first business license and started selling photographic prints on the streets of Boone, NC. The business was born as Bean Images. Shortly thereafter Brian took a position as a photography assistant and relocated to Hickory, NC. Bean Images continued to flourish over the next few years as they gained a new and exciting client base. Around the year 2000 Bean Images was reborn into who we are today Bean Design. With our first corporate account under our belt we continued to grow and develop new skill sets to better serve our ever-changing client base.
Since the inception of our business we have worked with many clients in a wide array of markets. These challenges of working within different markets has given us the flexibility and knowhow to work with just about any client; whether they are a small start up or a well established corporation.
